Elementary Education

Inspire and motivate the next generation during one of the most foundational periods in their lives — kindergarten through 6th grade. This program focuses on best practices in all major academic areas, emphasizes the concepts of developmentally appropriate teaching and learning, provides real classroom experiences, and works toward fulfilling the requirements needed to earn certification in Maine or another state.

Secondary Education

Become the kind of teacher your students will always remember. Our Secondary Education program molds leaders who are committed to influencing the future, one student at a time. Choose an English, Physical Science or Life Science track, and receive practical experience through clinical education, practicum, and student teaching placements, all contributing toward an e-portfolio that can help to launch your job search.
